For help on filling in this form click here. How long does it take to setup an account? Once you have completed the new account form and payment has been made your new account will usually be setup within 12-24 hours. Can I use my existing domain name? Yes. There are two options for using a domain you already
own- Can I host materials offensive to certain quarters in my account? No. We are not prepared to host sites which are considered to be objectionable. You are not allowed to host sites that criticizes a person, an organization, a community or violates copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, is of an adult nature or any other statute. Can I use your service to send SPAM? No. Webloud.net defines spam to be mass, unsolicited, impertinent messages (i.e. junk mail on the internet). Accounts which send spam will be immediately terminated, and will be charged theft of service fines up to €1.50 per message plus a €15 processing fee per complaint received. Can I SPAM advertise a website hosted by Webloud? No. You may not SPAM advertise any website hosted by Webloud.Net. Spam advertising will cause our servers to be blacklisted. We will be forced to terminate websites that are SPAM advertised, there will also be €15 processing fee per complaint received. Are there other ways to upload my site to your servers besides the Control Panel? Yes. You may also use a FTP program to upload or
download html files to your hosting account. What is domain parking? Parking a domain name to your account's primary domain
name will not only link both websites together but they will also share
the same web space and website content. Note that you can only own e-mail
accounts under the primary domain name, you will not be able to receive
e-mails at the parked domain name. When we park a domain to your primary
domain, it means the following: What is the difference between an e-mail alias and an e-mail account? An e-mail account is your main mailbox, which stores your
e-mail. An e-mail alias (also known as an "e-mail forwarding")
is simply a pointer to send other e-mail addresses to the same mailbox.
E-mail aliases can point either to a Webloud.Net maintained e-mail account,
or to any other e-mail account (e.g. your ISP e-mail account). A typical
e-mail alias might refer to departments in your company like "support@yourname.com"
or "info@yourname.com," whereas a typical e-mail address is
likely to relate to your own identity like "jdoe@yourname.com".
What Payment Methods do you accept? We only accept credit cards online, we use WorldPay to provide our credit card processing. They offer highly secure channels for keeping your credit card details safe. If you cannot pay by credit card please contact us stating what methods of payment are available to you and we can probably find a method that we can both accept. What is your refund policy? Refunds are at the discretion of the company management. What hosting option is right for me? Our packages come with all features included as standard.
This allows you to concentrate on the number of e-mail addresses, amount
of web space and traffic allowances you require etc.
